Conveyancing Solicitors Kent

Terms & Conditions

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (the independent regulatory body of the Law Society of England and Wales) permits solicitors to make agreements with their introducing sources for referral work. Such agreements must comply with Chapter 9 of the SRA Handbook (Fee Sharing and Referrals) which contains strict rules to safeguard your interests as the customer.

Conveyancing Solicitors Kent and the conveyancers featured on our website have entered into a formal referral agreement under Chapter 9. Conveyancing Solicitors Kent receive a referral fee for up to £200 +VAT if you use one of the firms in our network. We will be paid our fee following completion and it is important to highlight that any fees paid to us will not affect the price you pay.

We provide fully broken down quotes which will contain the fees of each firm for conducting the transaction along with common disbursements, registration fees and taxes. This is all calculated based on the information you provide. If aspects come up during the transaction that are not part of a usual conveyancing transaction then there may be extra fees payable and a list of all extras will come out to you with your letter of engagement when a firm is instructed.
