Conveyancing Solicitors Kent is a free introduction service and a trading name of HIVE Estate Agency Systems Ltd. We are not a firm of solicitors and do not give legal advice. Firms we introduce are regulated by the SRA or CLC. We may receive a fee from the firm when a transaction completes.

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t misuse it, for example by introducing viruses or trying to gain unauthorised access.

We check figures such as fees and timescales, but they are typical ranges and can change. Your quote from the firm is what counts.
Introductions
When you ask for a quote, we introduce you to a regulated firm. Any contract for legal services is between you and that firm, which is responsible for its own work and advice.
We may receive a referral fee from the firm when a transaction completes. It doesn’t change the price you pay.
